Design solution: 88 apartments, Wellness centre, 2 stores, restaurant and 98 parking spots;
Architects: D-aRch-Studio partnered with “Gravity Design” Ltd.

The complex is located in a nice neighborhood at the foot of Vitosha mountain, away from city noise but at the same time near to one оf the main roads of the city. The pleasant vision is achieved through the mutual intersection of volumes treated with various materials – wood panels, mineral coating in fresh colors and glass.
